As a Operations Associate (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Coordinate the deployment, collection and replacement of event items and materials across assigned locations.
  • Plan and manage monthly schedules for the placement and collection of items and materials.
  • Organise daily routes and schedules to ensure efficient and timely field operations.
  • Liaise with external parties and location partners to coordinate placement and collection arrangements.
  • Follow up on site requirements, access arrangements and necessary approvals.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure items and materials are properly positioned, accessible and well maintained.
  • Maintain accurate records of deployment, collection and site activities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders and address operational queries where required.
  • Support events, outreach activities and other on-site operational initiatives.
  • Work occasionally after office hours, weekends and Public Holidays, and undertake other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level and above
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare or healthcare operations.
  • Class 3 Driving License
