Join us as a Operations Director in PEMENCO family. This is a vital role that marks the core to build an environment not only giving the best experience to our guest but also to our family at work.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Oversee and take charge of the daily operations of the restaurant and report to the Management for all matters in regard to the operational flow.
  • Consolidates the restaurant's monthly reports and present to the Management for improvements proposal.
  • Establish good-initiative service standards & procedures for our guest providing them an unforgettable dining experience with us.
  • Review and streamline work processes to ensure optimum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop long and short term goals with strategies / best practices.
  • Take on special projects as assigned and monitor the development and progress to ensure successful completion of these projects.
  • Undertake performance management and review of staff by directing, motivating, developing, and counselling staff where appropriate, in their performance towards operational excellence.
  • Responsible for assessing and identifying the potential risk that may hinder reputation, safety, and financial well-being of an organization.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Both a team-leader who is able to empathize and plan ahead for the best of the team and a team-player that bonds the family together.
  • A guest-first approach to hospitality.
  • Possess problem solving, motivating and organization skills.
  • Be well-versed with all the in-house products and services with the ability to maximize sales per table.
  • Carry oneself with positivity during operational duty and display of good vibe influence on our guests and team members.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to night-hour work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
