Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily school operations, scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and coordination of events, programmes, examinations, and meetings.
- Monitor and report facility defects, feedback, and operational disruptions.
- Support the supervision of contractors and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure improvements.
- Conduct routine inspections of school facilities, including classrooms, playgrounds, Science Laboratories, and AVA rooms, to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate with Operations Support Officers (OSOs) on cleaning schedules and asset maintenance.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders on operational matters.
- Assist with procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of school supplies and equipment.
- Support school safety and security protocols, including pupil arrival and dismissal arrangements.
- Maintain accurate asset records, administrative documents, and renovation project records.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the VPA or OM.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or estate management.
- Experience in administrative and operations roles; school or child-centric environment experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and general computer applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and respond calmly to operational issues.
- Collaborative team player with a patient and nurturing disposition.
- Comfortable working under a dual reporting structure.
- Fire Safety Manager (FSM) or Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certification is an added advantage.
