Job Summary

The Cleaning Operations Executive supports the management of cleaning operations by coordinating resources, overseeing work procedures, managing service contracts, and handling work incidents. The role involves improving processes and service quality through operational planning and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cleaning operation resources to ensure efficient task completion and service delivery
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to established work procedures to maintain operational standards
  • Manage service contracts by tracking compliance and facilitating renewals or amendments as needed
  • Investigate and resolve work incidents promptly to minimize disruption and maintain safety
  • Develop and recommend operational plans aimed at enhancing work processes and service quality
  • Conduct site visits to assess cleaning operations and implement improvements based on observations
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to address operational issues and foster collaboration
  • Organize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining responsiveness and approachability in interactions
  • Able to work weekends, PH. Day and night shift.
  • Salary $3500 - $4500, 6 days including allowances
