Job Responsibilities (岗位职责):

  • TCM Clinic Operations & Management (中医诊所日常与深度运营): 负责诊所整体日常运营管理，建立并优化标准化作业流程（SOP），提升病患看诊与服务体验。 深入了解中医诊所业务特性，协调中医师看诊、药房抓药/煎药及前台接待等各环节的高效联动。
  • Supply Chain & Inventory Management (中药与耗材供应链管理): 统筹中药饮片、科学中药粉、针灸耗材及诊所设备的采购、验收、储存及库存控制，确保无断货与过期损耗。 维护并拓展中药材供应商关系，进行价格谈判与质量把控。
  • Team Leadership & Scheduling (团队管理与排班): 负责诊所助理及前台人员的招聘协助、岗前培训、绩效考核与日常排班管理。 协调中医师排班及看诊时间安排，优化诊所人手配置。
  • Business Growth & Marketing (诊所业绩与营销活动策划): 根据中医行业特点，策划并执行线上线下营销活动（如配套推广、节日调理方案、社群/社交媒体运营等）。 分析诊所营业数据（客流量、客单价、复诊率），向管理层提交运营报告并提出增收降本建议。
  • Compliance & Administrative Support (合规与行政事务): 确保诊所运营符合新加坡卫生部（MOH）及中医管理委员会（TCMPB）的相关规定与卫生标准。 处理病患投诉与突发事件，维护诊所良好的品牌声誉。

Job Requirements (任职要求):

  • 工作经验 (Mandatory)： 必须具备 5 年或以上中医诊所/中医医疗机构（TCM Industry）运营管理经验，熟悉中医诊所的整体运作流程及药房管理。
  • 语言能力 (Mandatory)： 精通中文（必须具备优秀的中文听说读写能力），以确保与中医师团队、中药供应商沟通无障碍及处理中文病历/药材信息；同时具备基础/流利英文沟通能力（处理系统及政府/非华语客户事务）。
  • 学历背景： 拥有大专（Diploma）或本科学历（Degree），医疗管理、工商管理、中医药相关专业优先。
  • 专业技能： 熟练运用诊所管理系统（CMS）、POS 系统及 Office 办公软件；具备数据分析能力与基础营销推广经验。
  • 个人素质： 具备优秀领导力、沟通协调能力、应变能力及很强的责任心与服务意识。
