● Develop fleet maintenance strategies to maximise vehicle availability and minimise downtime.

● Monitor fleet utilisation, maintenance costs, insurance renewals, inspections, and asset lifecycle planning.

● Establish preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

● Analyse fleet performance data and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

INVENTORY & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

● Oversee inventory planning and control for motorcycles, spare parts, accessories, and related products.

● Develop procurement strategies to ensure optimal stock levels while minimising holding costs.

● Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.

● Review purchasing forecasts and coordinate replenishment planning for local and overseas suppliers.

● Ensure accurate inventory records through regular audits and stock reconciliation.

● Implement inventory control procedures to minimise stock discrepancies and improve inventory turnover.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & VENDOR MANAGEMENT

● Collaborate with Sales and Management to identify new business opportunities, product offerings, and service improvements.

● Build and maintain strategic relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

● Lead commercial negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, favourable terms, and reliable supply.

● Support product launches, promotional campaigns, bundled packages, and operational implementation.

● Evaluate vendor performance and drive continuous improvements in quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.

COMPLIANCE, QUALITY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

● Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements.

● Establish quality assurance processes across all operational functions.

● Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

● Drive continuous improvement initiatives using operational data and performance metrics.

● Lead cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business profitability.
