Role Summary
CGi is hiring aRegional Operations Manager to lead project delivery, field service, technicalsales, and operational and financial performance across Southeast Asia. Therole has end-to-end accountability for waste gas treatment, fab-supportsolutions, sub-fab systems, compliance retrofits, and lifecycle services, withsuccess measured by safe delivery, service quality, customer satisfaction, revenueand margin performance, cash conversion, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Own regional project delivery, field service,maintenance, and lifecycle support, ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective, andcompliant execution.
· Plan regional manpower, schedules, tools,materials, subcontractors, and logistics to meet delivery and servicecommitments.
· Oversee installation, commissioning, preventivemaintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and compliance retrofits.
· Track operational KPIs, manage risks andescalations, and drive corrective action and continuous improvement.
· Build a scalable regional team through workforceplanning, coaching, performance management, and capability development.
· Lead technical sales from opportunityqualification and solution development through proposals, costing, negotiation,and order conversion.
· Own revenue and margin forecasts, billing,receivables, working capital, and cash-flow performance.
· Align sales, engineering, procurement, finance,and customers on scope, schedule, cost, risk, and acceptance criteria beforedelivery.
· Maintain senior customer relationships, resolverecurring concerns, and support service renewals, lifecycle growth, processstandardisation, cost control, and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
· Degree or diploma in Engineering (Chemical,Mechanical, Electrical) or a related discipline.
· At least 7 years of relevant experience inoperations, project delivery, field service, or maintenance, includingexperience leading teams.
· Strong understanding of wafer fabrication andhigh-tech industry support equipment, such as abatement systems, processchillers, vacuum pumps, heaters, gas and chemical systems, and facilitiesservices.
· Preferred: Hands-on field or operationalexperience in one or more of the following areas:
o Airpollution control equipment and scrubbers
o Pumpsand chillers
o Gasand chemical supply equipment
o FacilitiesM&E, HVAC systems, and related services
· Demonstrated ability to manage budgets,resources, schedules, subcontractors, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
· Proven experience in technical sales, commercialproposals, revenue forecasting, margin management, invoicing, collections, andcash-flow control.
· Sound knowledge of workplace safety, qualitymanagement, regulatory compliance, and risk control.
· Strong leadership, communication, stakeholdermanagement, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
· Customer-focused, results-driven, and able tomake sound decisions in a fast-paced regional environment.
· Proficiency in CRM, ERP, service-management, andreporting tools is an advantage.
