The posting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Management & Discipline: Support teachers and the SMT in handling student discipline cases during recess and school activities. Supervise students serving detention or performing corrective work, and maintain accurate records of actions taken.
  • Fact-Finding & Investigations: Assist the SMT in case fact-finding, conducting initial investigations into student management matters, and coordinating timely updates with parents or guardians.
  • Safety & Security Patrols: Conduct regular walkabouts within the school grounds and around the perimeter. Monitor entry/exit points, manage peak crowd flows (arrival, dismissal, high-traffic events), and respond decisively to on-site incidents or emergencies.
  • Administrative Operations: Maintain and update student database logs, track attendance to flag persistent absenteeism for follow-up, and prepare analytical discipline trend reports for the school leadership.
  • Student Welfare & Briefings: Support student orientations regarding school rules, build positive relationships with pupils to encourage positive behavior, and refer at-risk individuals to school counsellors or Form Teachers.
  • External Coordination: Act as a point of contact to coordinate with external support networks, including social services or relevant local authorities when necessary.

Working Hours & Schedule

  • Days: Mondays to Fridays
  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break)
  • School Holidays: Services are generally not required during official school holidays, unless explicitly requested by the school authority with at least 3 days of advance notice
  • Ad-hoc Extension: The personnel may occasionally be required to provide services beyond standard operating hours, subject to a 1-day advance notice by the school
  • Rest Days: Services are strictly not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Preferably 5 years of working experience in managing children, teenagers, or youth from diverse backgrounds. Strong prior experience in supervising disciplinary proceedings, case management, or behavior support is highly valued.
  • Preferred Background: Former personnel from national uniform services (e.g., Singapore Armed Forces, Singapore Police Force, Singapore Civil Defence Force) are strongly preferred.
  • Interpersonal Capabilities: Exceptional communication skills with a proven capability to engage students, parents, and school personnel effectively, including the capability to de-escalate conflicts and manage volatile situations calmly.
  • Domain Knowledge: Highly familiar with restorative practices, case management workflows, and student support frameworks in an educational context.
  • Technical & Admin Skills: Proficient in data entry, using standard Microsoft Office applications, report writing, and documentation.
  • Certifications: Must hold a valid First Aid certificate, or demonstrate a clear willingness to obtain one prior to the commencement of active duties.
  • Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates must be fully available to attend a mandatory interview and may be required to complete a scenario-based exercise to assess tactical suitabilities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
