About the Company

Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is a well-known Singaporean food brand founded in 1986 at Maxwell Food Centre. From our humble beginnings as a hawker stall, we have grown into a multi-outlet F&B business with outlets across Singapore, including Jewel Changi Airport.

As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our corporate operations, systems and processes to support our business and future expansion.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, responsible, practical and able to think logically. You will work closely with the General Manager, outlet teams and external parties to follow up on matters, solve problems and ensure tasks and projects are completed.

  • Identify issues, delays or areas requiring management attention and provide clear updates.
  • Follow through on outstanding matters until they are properly resolved.

  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, meetings, appointments and outlet visits.

  • Assist with documents, reports, presentations and other administrative matters.
  • Handle selected confidential and PA-related duties when required.

  • Monitor and respond to customer enquiries and feedback through email, phone and online platforms.
  • Coordinate with outlet teams to investigate and resolve customer-related matters.
  • Assist with general administration, documentation and correspondence.
  • Work closely with outlet teams, Central Kitchen, suppliers, vendors and other external parties.

  • Prepare operational and business reports for management review.
  • Collect and organise information to support analysis and business decisions.

  • Assist in identifying practical ways to improve efficiency, service quality and operations.

Other Ad Hoc Duties

  • Perform other business, operational, administrative and PA-related duties assigned by the General Manager or Management.
  • Assist at other Tian Tian outlets when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Relevant working experience is preferred, but candidates with the right attitude and potential are welcome to apply.
  • Good logical and analytical thinking with the ability to understand problems before taking action.
  • Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with good follow-up skills.
  • Able to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently while also being a good team player.
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn in a fast-paced SME environment.
  • F&B experience is an advantage but not essential.

What We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Reliable, responsible and willing to take ownership
  • Does not simply wait to be told what to do
  • Tries to understand why something went wrong before finding a solution
  • Is comfortable asking questions and finding information when needed
  • Follows up instead of assuming someone else will handle the matter
  • Can communicate well with both management and frontline staff

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
