Job Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and improving daily logistics and delivery operations to ensure efficient and timely service.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate daily delivery and collection operations to meet service deadlines and optimize resource use
  • Manage delivery schedules, route planning, and allocate resources to maximize operational efficiency
  • Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve operational issues and delays to maintain service quality
  • Collaborate with customers, drivers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery processes
  • Track operational performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to support continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate logistics documentation and delivery records for compliance and audit purposes
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure all logistics operations comply with company procedures and relevant regulations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply
  • Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills demonstrated in logistics contexts
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
