🕘 Working Hours: • Monday – Friday • Office Hours

What You'll Be Doing: • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment • Verify order details, product availability, pricing, and shipping information • Monitor order queues and coordinate with logistics to maintain smooth daily operations • Update order status and maintain accurate records within the order management system • Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment • Resolve routine order discrepancies and escalate complex issues when required • Support inventory reconciliation and order verification activities • Prepare, pack, and organise orders for dispatch • Coordinate with delivery partners and manage urgent or special delivery requests • Assist with ad-hoc operational duties and support continuous process improvements
