Job Summary

You will ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time at our Jurong Island site, collaborating closely with the supply chain team from order placement to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Enter customer order details accurately to ensure correct processing and timely fulfillment
  • Liaise with the supply chain team to clarify order requirements and provide timely updates on order status
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to facilitate smooth and efficient order fulfillment
  • Maintain detailed and organized order records and prepare clear order status reports for internal use
  • Identify and resolve order issues or discrepancies promptly to minimize delays and errors
  • Support the administrative team with related tasks as needed to maintain workflow continuity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in order processing, data entry, or customer service is preferred; fresh candidates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, to manage order data effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact clearly with team members and customers
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy when handling numerical data
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach to problem-solving and collaboration
