Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Pet Products Distributor/ Supplier
  • Position Title: Outdoor Sales Executive
  • Working Location: Ubi (Near MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 Days; Monday (8:30am – 6pm), Tuesday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Commission + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with pet retailers, secure strategic shelf placement, and increase product presence across stores.
  • Maintain regular communication with store owners to identify their needs, nurture business relationships, and encourage recurring orders.
  • Conduct informative product training for retail teams, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to recommend our products to customers.
  • Coordinate purchase orders closely with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to facilitate accurate and timely order fulfilment.
  • Work closely with the Accounts team to follow up on sales collections and ensure accounts are settled promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute effective promotional activities, support roadshows, and enhance brand visibility in the market.
  • Take ownership of territory sales performance and work consistently towards achieving established sales targets and milestones.

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, retail account management, or outdoor sales.
  • Background in FMCG or the pet industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities, with the interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Commercially minded with a strong drive for performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Possess a Class 3 driving license with own transport.
