About the Role

Our client is an AI-native technology startup headquartered in Singapore, building a next-generation consumer AI product designed for the global market. Founded by a seasoned serial entrepreneur with a strong track record in technology, the company is on a mission to transform how people capture, organise, and interact with their personal information through AI. This is an exciting opportunity to join a lean, high-ownership team at an early stage and directly shape the global growth trajectory of a cutting-edge consumer AI product. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end user acquisition and growth strategy for a consumer AI product targeting global markets
  • Design and execute structured growth experiments across multiple channels, including App Store Optimisation (ASO), paid acquisition, content marketing, and referral programmes
  • Analyse user behaviour, conversion funnels, and retention metrics to surface actionable insights and continuously improve growth performance
  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to optimise the user journey across onboarding, activation, engagement, and subscription conversion
  • Develop and implement localised growth strategies tailored to different international markets and audience segments
  • Identify and evaluate emerging growth channels and partnership opportunities within the consumer AI landscape
  • Own campaign performance reporting, translating data into clear recommendations for ongoing iteration and prioritisation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consumer growth marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, or growth strategy within the internet or technology sector
  • Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrably data-driven approach to decision-making and experimentation
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including content creation capability
  • Prior experience supporting growth in overseas or global markets (is a bonus)
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment with a high degree of ownership and self-direction
