About the role
The Padel Co operates padel clubs and is seeking enthusiastic and versatile individuals to join the team and support the day-to-day operations of the club. If you are a people person, a sports lover, and someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-vibe lifestyle environment, you will shape the heart and soul of the club. Applicants must be open to working weekends and evenings. We run 2x shifts daily from 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the digital booking system, reserve court slots, and handle cancellations or scheduling changes
- Greet players upon arrival, verify court bookings, rental equipment, and handle payment transactions
- Engage with the club's community online by responding to DMs, comments, and inquiries on social media channels and WhatsApp groups
- Manage the inventory, rental, and sales of padel rackets, balls, apparel, and grips
- Inspect courts regularly to ensure nets are taut, surfaces are swept, glass walls are clean, and playing areas are safe
- Perform daily opening and closing duties, including washing utensils and deep cleaning equipment
- Encourage players to visit the bar and cafe for post-match drinks, smoothie refreshes, or social gatherings
- Handle customer inquiries regarding memberships, club rules, and upcoming club activities via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Organize social switchplays, Americano tournaments, corporate events, and internal leagues
- Pull espresso shots, steam milk, prepare smoothies, mix and serve cocktails, pour wines, and tap beers following standard recipes
About you
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, front-of-house, or sports facilities management
- F&B experience is highly advantageous
- Strong interest or background in Padel or in any sports is highly preferred
- Outgoing, energetic, and highly communicative with a love of meeting new people and building communities
- Comfortable learning club management software (e.g., Playtomic, POS systems) and basic messaging tools (WhatsApp Business)
- Willingness to work at all venues and a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid food safety/hygiene certificates or basic first-aid training is a strong plus
