  • Coordinate with external corporate secretarial providers and legal counsel.

3. Regulatory & Compliance Support

  • Assist with legal and regulatory documentation relating to MetaComp's payment, financial services and digital asset businesses.
  • Support the Legal and Compliance teams with regulatory filings, licences, applications and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct research on applicable laws, regulations and regulatory guidance.
  • Assist in maintaining records relating to regulatory obligations and legal requirements.
  • Support responses to regulatory or audit requests where required.

4. Legal Research & Analysis

  • Conduct legal research on Singapore and relevant international laws and regulations.
  • Research legal and regulatory developments affecting payments, fintech, digital assets, cross-border payments and financial services.
  • Prepare research summaries, legal updates and briefing materials for the Legal team.
  • Assist lawyers with preliminary legal analysis and document review.

5. Legal Operations

  • Identify opportunities to streamline legal operations through technology and automation.
  • Assist with legal spend tracking and coordination with external counsel.

6. Litigation & Dispute Support

  • Assist the Legal team with dispute, claims and litigation-related matters where required.
  • Organise relevant documents and evidence for legal matters.
  • Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders on documentation and information requests.
  • Maintain records of ongoing and closed legal matters.

7. Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, Operations, Sales and other business teams.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to obtain required information and documentation.
  • Help business teams understand and follow established legal processes.
  • Support ad hoc legal and corporate projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and legal documentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting commercial contracts and corporate matters.
  • Familiarity with Singapore corporate and regulatory requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
