Part-Time Admin with CEI Certification

We are looking for a reliable, organised and efficient person to work closely with the owner of an established maid agency.

This is a permanent part-time fully remote role covering client coordination and administrative support. The role suits someone who values flexibility and is comfortable working independently.

What we are looking for

We value someone who takes ownership of their work, works efficiently and is able to manage tasks without constant supervision.

The ideal candidate should be:

• organised and efficient;

• responsible and dependable;

• able to prioritise and manage tasks independently;

• comfortable handling clients and communicating professionally;

• flexible and able to respond to ad-hoc matters when required;

• comfortable working with numbers and basic accounts;

• able to coordinate with overseas counterparts;

• willing to learn and familiarise themselves with the business.

• having a valid CEI certificate is a must. Experience not mandatory, guidance will be provided.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up with clients

• Complete routine administrative and documentation processes

• Prepare simple balance sheets and basic financial records

• Follow up on payment matters

• Liaise with overseas counterparts to prepare documents

• Maintain records and follow through on outstanding matters

Working arrangement

This is a permanent part-time position, with 5 x half day a week.
