E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant

Part-Time / Full-Time Opportunity
NAMITEC is a growing Singapore automotive brand looking for a hands-on, reliable and organised E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant to join our small team.
This is a junior role with no specific educational qualification required. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, comfortable with e-commerce platforms and social media, and happy to take on both online work and hands-on order fulfilment.
You will work closely with the management team and have the opportunity to learn about e-commerce, digital marketing and how a growing brand operates.
Your Main Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce & Order Fulfilment — Primary
- Pack daily orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada
- Prepare orders for courier collection / delivery
- Pack local offline reseller orders when required
- Monitor orders and ensure they are processed accurately and on time
- Reply to basic customer enquiries and messages
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback
- Maintain product listings, pricing and promotions
Online order packing is expected to take approximately up to 2 hours per day, depending on sales volume and promotions.
2. Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Support
- Help manage and post on NAMITEC's social media accounts
- Schedule and publish content
- Assist with basic Canva designs and content preparation
- Help manage simple Shopee / TikTok advertising campaigns
- Assist with online promotions and campaigns
- Coordinate with affiliates and content creators
- Track basic e-commerce and marketing results
Marketing strategy and direction will be provided by management. Your role is to help execute and keep the activities moving consistently.
3. General Support
- Organise marketing materials and product samples
- Assist with stock and inventory checks
- Assist with simple research and administrative tasks
- Support other day-to-day activities as the business grows
Who We're Looking For
You do not need a degree or specific formal qualification.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Organised and responsible
- Comfortable using computers and smartphones
- Willing to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Comfortable with both desk work and hands-on work
- Detail-oriented when handling customer orders
- Positive and willing to get things done
Good to Have
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Shopee / TikTok Shop / Lazada
- Canva
- TikTok / Instagram / Facebook
- Basic video editing
- Social media management
- Online customer service
- E-commerce operations
Experience is not essential — we are happy to train the right person.
Working Hours
Part-Time
Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm
1-hour lunch break 5 working hours per day
The successful candidate must be able to work from our office during these hours.
Full-Time
Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
We are open to discussing either part-time or full-time arrangements depending on the candidate.
Salary
Part-Time
S$12.50 per hour
Full-Time
S$2,300–S$2,700 per month
Final salary will depend on experience, skills and responsibilities.

Important
This is a hands-on role.
