Looking to build a career in healthcare administration? We are hiring Healthcare Administrative Executives to support the daily operations of reputable healthcare institutions and medical clinics across Singapore. If you enjoy organising, coordinating and working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties and data entry
  • Manage appointments, referrals and scheduling
  • Prepare, verify and maintain patient records and documentation
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails and general enquiries
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist with billing, filing and report preparation when required
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and organisational information
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N/O Levels, Diploma or equivalent
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Organised and detail-oriented
