The posting

Part-Time Operations & Order Fulfilment Assistant (Thursday & Friday)

Location: 50 Bukit Batok Crescent, Midview Building, Singapore 659578 (office and warehouse) Days: Thursday and Friday, 10am–6pm Salary: S$900–1,000 per month Start date: 5 November 2026

About us Perola Singapore imports and distributes craft spirits, including Topanito Tequila, Razel's Rum, Big Kahuna Gin and Chinola Mango liqueur. We're a small team, and this role keeps our orders moving on Thursdays and Fridays.

What you'll do

Orders and fulfilment (main focus)

  • Process customer orders and update our ERP system
  • Pick and pack orders in our warehouse. This includes lifting cartons of about 8 kg and using a step ladder for upper shelves
  • Coordinate deliveries and prepare delivery paperwork
  • Keep stock records accurate and help with stock counts

Admin and simple bookkeeping

  • Issue invoices and record receipts and payments
  • Send statements of account and follow up on overdue payments
  • General office admin

What we're looking for

  • At least 1–2 years in operations, warehouse, fulfilment or logistics admin
  • Comfortable with regular physical work and lifting
  • Organised and careful with orders and numbers
  • Comfortable with Excel and order or inventory systems
  • Happy to work on your own on your two days
