Job Summary

Join as a Part-Time Telemarketer to engage prospective clients, qualify leads, and set appointments, gaining valuable business development and client engagement experience in a flexible, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients using company-provided leads and databases to initiate business conversations
  • Introduce company services clearly and professionally to prospective clients
  • Qualify leads by assessing client needs and interest to ensure appointment relevance
  • Arrange appointments for consultants to facilitate business opportunities
  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with prospects to support ongoing engagement
  • Record outreach activities and follow-ups accurately to track progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the team to meet outreach and appointment-setting targets

Required competencies and certifications

  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients professionally
  • Professional and confident telephone manner to represent the company positively
  • Self-motivation and discipline to achieve results independently
  • Ability to engage prospective clients and build rapport during calls
  • Must be aged 21 years and above (age requirement stated in JD)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, customer engagement, or business development to enhance performance
  • Diploma or higher qualification preferred for foundational knowledge and skills
