职位简介 / Role Summary

岗位 / Position: 冷加工副厨 / Pastry Section Lead 负责冷加工、西点、奶油、馅料和装饰区域。 / Lead chilled pastry, cream, filling and finishing work.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities • 安排冷加工生产和人员 / Plan chilled-pastry production and staffing • 检查奶油、馅料、温度、克重和装饰 / Check creams, fillings, temperature, weights and finishing • 管理冷链、标签、储存、损耗和卫生 / Manage cold chain, labels, storage, waste and hygiene • 培训员工并处理品质问题 / Train staff and correct quality issues

任职要求 / Requirements • 工作经验 / Experience: 至少3年西点、甜品或冷加工经验。 / At least 3 years in pastry, dessert or chilled production. • 学历 / Education: Nitec / 技工教育证书 • 沟通能力 / Communication Skills： 能够理解和执行西点配方、生产SOP及食品安全要求，并有效协调生产及指导团队成员。 / Able to understand and follow pastry recipes, production SOPs and food-safety requirements, and coordinate production and guide team members effectively. • 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 能带领一个生产区域，并配合早班。 / Able to lead a production section and work early shifts. • 核心技能 / Key Skills: 西点、奶油、馅料、冷链、品质、培训 / Pastry, creams, fillings, cold chain, quality, training
