Overview

As a Patient Service Associate, you will be part of our frontline team, playing an important role in creating a positive and seamless experience for our patients and caregivers. You will support various patient service and administrative functions while working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, compassionate and patient-centred service to patients and caregivers.
  • Manage patient registration, appointments and other visit-related arrangements.
  • Process payments and assist patients with financial counselling and related enquiries.
  • Maintain and manage patients' medical records accurately while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Support doctors and the clinical team during patient consultations and medical reviews.
  • Perform administrative and operational duties to support the smooth and efficient running of the clinic.
  • Attend to patient enquiries and provide appropriate assistance where required.
  • Work closely with team members and healthcare professionals to deliver a positive patient experience.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline, GCE 'A'/'O'/'N' Level, Higher NITEC in Business Studies, or NITEC in Service Skills.
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude towards service.
  • Prior experience in frontline customer service will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in computer applications and comfortable learning new systems.
