The posting

OBJECTIVE:

The Cluster Paymaster is responsible for the overall administration, accuracy and integrity of payroll across the assigned cluster properties. The position ensures that payroll is processed accurately, consistently and within the required timelines, in accordance with Accor standards, company policies and statutory requirements.

The Cluster Paymaster works closely with the Cluster Finance and People & Culture teams, as well as the respective hotel management and departments, to ensure effective payroll governance, confidentiality and timely salary payment across the cluster.

MAIN DUTIES:

Responsible for the effective management and control of the cluster payroll function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, confidentiality and consistency across the assigned properties.

Position Requirements

· Ensure the integrity, accuracy and timely processing of payroll across the cluster properties.

· Maintain effective payroll controls and ensure appropriate authorization and verification of payroll information.

· Ensure payroll practices are consistently applied in accordance with company policies, Accor standards and statutory requirements.

· Provide payroll support and guidance to the respective hotel Finance, People & Culture teams and Management.

· Monitor payroll discrepancies and ensure timely resolution with the relevant stakeholders.

· Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll and remuneration records across the cluster.

· Ensure statutory payroll obligations and reporting requirements are fulfilled within the required timelines.

· Support payroll reconciliation, accounting and audit requirements for the cluster.

· Ensure appropriate controls are maintained over salary payments, deductions, allowances and other payroll-related matters.

· Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee and payroll information.

· Promote consistency and continuous improvement in payroll processes across the cluster.

· Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management.

TRAINING AND HUMAN RESOURCES

· Promote effective collaboration between the Cluster Finance, People & Culture teams and the respective properties.

· Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling employee and payroll matters.

· Treat colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

· Provide guidance and support to hotel teams on payroll-related matters where required.

MISCELLANEOUS

· All Heartists are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

· All Heartists may be assigned to other duties in the cluster or hotel as and when required by business needs.

Confidentiality

· Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all Heartists, payroll and company information.

· Ensure salary information, personal data and company transactions are kept strictly confidential during and after employment.

· Adhere to Accor policies relating to information security, data protection and the use of company systems.
