Looking for a role that goes beyond routine HR administration? Take on a broad HR position where you’ll support employees, partner with business leaders and contribute to initiatives that improve the overall workplace experience.

What You’ll Be Involved In

  • Oversee daily HR activities and provide timely support for operational and employee-related matters.
  • Work with hiring teams on recruitment coordination and support manpower planning activities.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures and employee-focused programmes.
  • Act as a key HR contact for managers and supervisors, providing guidance on people-related matters and workplace concerns.
  • Handle employee relations cases, including grievances, feedback, workplace concerns and investigations, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation.
  • Support the resolution of employee matters in a fair, structured and professional manner.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities that encourage a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Identify gaps in existing HR processes and recommend practical improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders on people initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Maintain proper and confidential records relating to employees and HR activities.
  • Contribute to HR projects, process improvement initiatives and other assigned people-related programmes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience, ideally covering HR operations and employee relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good judgement and problem-solving skills when handling employee-related matters.
  • Professional and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and working independently while being a strong team contributor.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-moving work environment.
