The posting

We are looking for a talented and energetic Performance Artist to join our entertainment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging live performances, developing singing and dance routines and helping to create an exciting atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform live singing and dance performances during scheduled shows and entertainment sessions.
  • Develop, stage and execute singing and dance choreography suitable for a bar and live entertainment environment.
  • Create engaging performance concepts, routines and stage presentations.
  • Participate in rehearsals and work closely with other performers, musicians and the entertainment team.
  • Coordinate stage movements, transitions and choreography for group performances.
  • Maintain strong stage presence and actively engage with the audience.
  • Adapt performances according to different themes, events and audience demographics.
  • Assist with planning and preparation for special events, themed nights and promotional performances.
  • Maintain professional appearance, punctuality and performance standards.
  • Take direction from the Entertainment Manager and contribute creative ideas to improve the overall show experience.
  • Ensure performances are conducted safely and professionally at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional stage performance experience.
  • Experience in singing, dancing, choreography or live entertainment.
  • Strong stage presence, confidence and audience engagement skills.
  • Ability to perform both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good sense of rhythm, musicality and movement.
  • Able to learn and execute choreography quickly.
  • Comfortable performing in a bar, nightlife or live entertainment environment.
  • Creative, energetic and adaptable with a positive attitude.
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
