Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Consultation

  • Attend to clients and provide professional consultation on the clinic's aesthetic treatments and services.
  • Understand clients' needs, concerns and treatment goals, and recommend suitable treatments based on their requirements.
  • Follow up with existing and prospective clients to generate appointments and treatment sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and long-term engagement.
  • Achieve individual and clinic sales targets and contribute towards overall revenue growth.
  • Promote relevant treatment packages, memberships and clinic promotions to clients.
  • Handle enquiries and leads through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
  • Follow up with leads and clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client enquiries, consultations, follow-ups and sales activities.

Front Desk & Clinic Operations

  • Manage the clinic's front desk and provide a warm, professional welcome to all clients.
  • Handle client registration, appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling and cancellations.
  • Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and general client enquiries.
  • Coordinate client appointments and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the clinic.
  • Process payments and assist with basic billing and administrative duties.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure relevant information is updated in the clinic system.
  • Coordinate closely with doctors, therapists and the clinic team on daily appointments and treatment schedules.
  • Ensure the reception and front desk area is clean, organised and presentable.
  • Handle client feedback and basic service concerns, escalating more complex complaints to the Clinic Manager when required.
  • Support the clinic team with other administrative and operational duties when required.

Product & Treatment Knowledge

  • Keep up to date with the clinic's aesthetic treatments, products and promotions.
  • Develop sufficient knowledge of treatments to confidently explain their benefits, processes and relevant considerations to clients.
  • Work closely with doctors and therapists to ensure clients receive accurate information and a seamless experience.

Working Hours:

  • Orchard: Mon & Thurs: 11:30am-7pm, Tues, Wed, & Fri: 10am-8pm, Sat: 10am-3pm
  • Tampines: Mon–Fri: 11:30am-9pm, Sat: 10am-7pm

Salary:

  • Up to $3,000 + Commission

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, front desk, customer service, beauty, aesthetics, skincare, wellness, spa or related industries.
  • Candidates with a beauty/aesthetics qualification such as CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong interest in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry.
  • Prior experience in selling aesthetic treatments or packages will be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert enquiries into appointments or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, friendly and comfortable interacting with clients.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy clinic environment.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded.
  • Comfortable handling both sales and front desk responsibilities.
  • Candidates with prior experience in an aesthetic clinic, beauty salon or medical aesthetics environment will have an advantage.
