Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and business documents.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Act as the key liaison between the GM and internal departments, clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Monitor deadlines, track action items, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, contracts, and operational reports.
- Coordinate company events, business functions, and management meetings.
- Support office administration and assist with ad hoc projects assigned by the GM.
- Perform personal assistance duties for the GM when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong problem-solving skills.
