Looking for someone who is organised, proactive and curious to support both day-to-day operations and ad-hoc business projects.

Who should apply?

  • Can work independently without needing to be constantly told what to do
  • Bonus if you can assist in deck creation*

What you'll be doing

Business & Personal Assistant Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors and other stakeholders
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on agreed action items
  • Help prepare and execute meeting agendas
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
  • Proactively identify issues and suggest ways to improve processes

Events & B2B Support — Ad Hoc

  • Reach out to vendors to express interest and obtain proposals/quotations
  • Assist with event planning, coordination and on-site execution
  • Support digital marketing and social media activities
  • Assist with other business development and partnership initiatives

What you’ll get exposure to

Beyond administrative work, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how a Financial Advisory Agency operates — including client management, business operations, events, marketing and partnerships.

Students who are curious about Financial Advisory, Financial Planning or the wider financial services industry are especially welcome to apply.

Job Type: Part-time Work Location: In person Working Hours: Flexible, within office hours (typically 12pm–6pm)

Commitment: At least 3-6 months

* We are not currently sponsoring individuals who require visa or authorisation to work in Singapore.

  • Interest and prior experience in sales or financial servies is a plus as well
