The posting

Personal Assistant Location: Tuas South, Singapore Salary: $3,300 – $4,500/month

We are looking for a responsible, organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Director in managing daily schedules, administrative matters and business-related arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director
  • Manage and coordinate the MD's appointments, meetings and schedule
  • Prepare, organise and follow up on documents and basic administrative matters
  • Assist with meeting arrangements and business correspondence
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, vendors and internal departments when required
  • Handle confidential information and documents with discretion
  • Assist with business-related errands, document collection and deliveries when required
  • Provide ad-hoc driving support for the MD when required
  • Coordinate use of company vehicle when driving support is needed
  • Support the MD with other ad-hoc tasks and assignments
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day support for the MD and assist with urgent matters when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative or similar roles
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
  • Comfortable providing ad-hoc driving support when required
  • Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic conditions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Professional, presentable and well-groomed
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Flexible and willing to support the MD with ad-hoc duties when required

Candidates with both PA and Driving experience is needed!
