Job Summary

You will perform operational and administrative duties to ensure smooth Home operations, supervise care staff, support residents’ hygiene and care plans, and work collaboratively in a male psychiatric rehabilitation home with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform operational and administrative tasks to maintain efficient Home operations and resident care
  • Supervise care staff to ensure adherence to cleanliness and care standards within the Home
  • Support residents in maintaining personal hygiene and cleanliness to promote their well-being
  • Participate in developing and following up on individualized care plans for residents to meet their needs
  • Adapt to working in a male psychiatric rehabilitation home environment with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Work effectively across 3 rotating shifts to provide continuous care and support
