Personal Trainer

Location: (Singapore-based clients) Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract

About the Role

Personal training 1:1 coaching service helping women through peri-, pre-, and post-menopause achieve real, lasting body transformations. We're looking for an experienced personal trainer to design and deliver training programmes that are genuinely tailored to each client, not templated plans, adapting to her body, life stage, and what's actually happening in her week.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver personalised training programmes for female clients in their 40s and 50s
  • Adapt programming around hormonal changes, energy fluctuations, injuries, and real-life disruptions, so the plan holds even when life doesn't cooperate
  • Build programmes around strength and muscle retention, bone health, and long-term body composition change, not just short-term aesthetics
  • Track and adjust training based on client progress, feedback, and body composition data
  • Provide consistent, hands-on coaching and motivation throughout each client's journey
  • Work alongside the client's nutrition coach to ensure training and nutrition are aligned
  • Bring genuine care and personal attention to each client relationship, this is not a cookie-cutter service

Requirements

  • Certified personal trainer (certification required)
  • Proven track record of training female clients in their 40s and 50s, with real evidence of client transformations (body composition, strength, confidence, lifestyle change)
  • Strong understanding of training considerations around perimenopause and menopause
  • Ability to build genuinely adaptable programmes, not one-size-fits-all templates
  • Excellent client management and communication skills, responsive, empathetic, consistent
