We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to support business growth through customer engagement, account management, and consultative selling within the healthcare industry. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, manage assigned accounts, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the achievement of sales objectives.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building lasting customer relationships, delivering value-driven solutions, and advancing their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Working Location: Havelock, Singapore

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid work arrangement with 1 work-from-home day per week upon successful completion of probation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promote and detail healthcare products to healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key healthcare decision-makers.
  • Manage assigned territories and identify opportunities to grow business within existing and new accounts.
  • Conduct product presentations and communicate product information professionally and effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets and support overall business growth objectives.
  • Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify customer needs.
  • Support account development initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute business plans.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and educational programmes when required.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, or medical representative roles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer accounts effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience engaging healthcare professionals and institutional customers will be advantageous.
