Looking to build a career in healthcare sales? Join a dynamic commercial team where you’ll engage healthcare professionals, develop strong customer relationships and contribute to business growth across an assigned territory.

With structured training and mentorship, you’ll gain practical exposure to medical sales, account management, product knowledge and customer engagement.

Your Role

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing healthcare accounts while identifying opportunities to grow the customer base.
  • Plan and organise daily customer visits and engage healthcare professionals to understand their needs and introduce relevant products.
  • Follow up on sales enquiries and process customer orders accurately based on approved pricing and product information.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to support ongoing account relationships and service requirements.
  • Track sales activities, customer interactions and territory performance through regular reports and updates.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activities, product launches, pricing and other relevant industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong product and industry knowledge through training, professional resources and industry engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support customer requirements and achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to team initiatives and other sales-related activities as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Strong interest in medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
  • Candidates with relevant sales or customer-facing experience will have an advantage.
  • Candidates with demonstrated involvement in sports, co-curricular activities or team-based activities are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persistent, proactive and comfortable working towards targets.
  • Positive team player with a strong willingness to learn.
  • No personal vehicle is required for the role; candidates with access to personal transport may have an advantage depending on operational requirements.
  • Training and mentorship will be provided.
