The posting

At Parkway Shenton, you will be part of one of Singapore’s leading primary healthcare networks, dedicated to delivering quality, accessible, and patient-centred care to individuals, families, and communities across the island.

Working location: AMK Working hrs: Mon-Fri Office hrs, Sat morning half day

JD:

  • Process prescriptions and dispense medication according to set standards and guideline.
  • Provide medication counseling to patients.
  • Processing insurance claims.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Answering customer inquiries and providing information about medications.
  • Assisting patients with insurance claims and payments.
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels of medications and supplies.
  • Ordering and stocking medications and supplies.
  • Performing inventory audits.
  • Receiving and verifying prescription orders.
  • Preparing medications for dispensing, including counting, measuring, and labeling.
  • Ensuring accurate medication preparation and dispensing.
  • Assisting with drug compounding.
  • Participating in quality assurance and improvement projects.
  • Spporting staff management and development.

Requirements:

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science
  • Able to work 5.5days
