We welcome teachers of different experience levels - Junior tutors will receive coaching and mentoring by senior tutors to ensure that you are well-trained in our curriculum and pedagogy, while the senior teacher can adopt a more nurturing role and strategic planning.

We are seeking dynamic and engaging Chemistry and science tutors to join our academic team. If you are passionate about education and possess a nurturing mindset, let’s discuss to see if we are a good fit for each other. Experience is not always a must because the right mindset is what we are after.

Responsibilities:

A teaching associate’s main responsibility is to deliver lessons in a dynamic and engaging manner. Other requirements will include

  • Assist in the planning and development of lesson resources and materials
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with students and parents
  • Provide timely formative and summative feedback to students to help them realise their potential

SUBJECTS AND LEVELS

  • Lower Secondary – Science
  • Upper Secondary – Chemistry, Physics, Biology
  • A level – Chemistry, Physics, Biology

Requirements:

  • Degree in teaching subject applied for, or in a related field
  • A passion to teach and serve students
  • Dynamic and confident, with an approachable disposition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player who can work well with others
  • Able to work on weekends
  • Candidates with prior teaching experience are preferred
