Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and coordinate delivery schedules.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates.
  • Monitor daily shipment schedules and delivery status.
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Follow up on production and shipment progress to meet customer requirements.
  • Work closely with Purchasing to manage customer forecasts and demand planning.
  • Coordinate and implement ECO/ECN changes with relevant departments.
  • Handle customer RMA enquiries and follow up on related issues.
  • Prepare costing and RFQ submissions for customers.
  • Support overall order management and customer service activities.

  • Candidate with planning experience in electronics manufacturing/semiconductor industry are welcome to apply.
