  • Foster a strong culture of workplace health, safety, and environmental stewardship (EHS), ensuring strict adherence to ISO and local regulatory standards.

Functional Oversight

Production:

  • Oversee master scheduling and project execution to maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and output.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste and reduce cycle times.
  • Implement digital systems, automations, and AI to increase efficiency
  • Manage direct and indirect labour performance and costs

Engineering:

  • Partner with process and manufacturing engineering teams for First Articles (FA), automate processes, and de-bottleneck manufacturing lines.
  • Champion automation, tooling upgrades, and technical troubleshooting to improve plant capability.

Quality Assurance & Control:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485).
  • Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for any internal deviations or customer non-conformances.

Maintenance & Facilities:

  • Establish and direct total productive maintenance (TPM) and predictive/preventive maintenance schedules of machines to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Oversee facility infrastructure, utilities, HVAC, energy management, and physical site security.

Procurement & Supply Chain:

  • Partner with procurement to establish supplier reliability, negotiate material costs, and sourcing of better cost/quality suppliers.
  • Optimize inventory turnover and raw material/WIP levels to prevent bottlenecks while freeing working capital.

People& Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and upskill department heads and supervisors across all operations functions.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, performance reviews, and succession planning across technical and non-technical workforce.

  • Direct experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and procurement.

Technical & Methodological Expertise:

  • Proven track record in Lean / Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience managing site P&L, budgeting, and cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to root-cause analysis.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
