We welcome Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) from diverse industries who are interested in applying their skills and experience within the Community Care sector. Community Care Organisations (CCOs) offer a wide range of corporate, operational, and specialist roles that support the delivery of quality care services to seniors and other care recipients.

Candidates may be considered for suitable opportunities across participating CCOs, based on their skills, experience, organisational hiring needs, and available vacancies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities will vary depending on the specific position and hiring organisation. Opportunities may include functions such as:

  • Operations and Administration
  • Human Resource Management
  • Finance and Procurement
  • Information Technology and Digital Transformation
  • Programme, Project and Stakeholder Management

Additional opportunities may also be available in other corporate, technical and specialist functions, depending on the needs of the hiring organisation.

We welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds and industries. Opportunities will be matched based on applicants’ skills, experience, and the hiring needs of participating CCOs.

Additional Information

  • The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) will refer your application to Community Care Organisations (CCOs) for potential job opportunities. If shortlisted, the hiring CCO will contact you directly to discuss the opportunity. While AIC facilitates the referral process, all recruitment and hiring decisions are made by the respective CCOs.
  • Salary offered by the hiring CCO will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
