Job Summary

Motivated individuals will start a career in poultry processing with hands-on training from experienced technicians and senior engineers. No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain industrial motor control systems to support poultry processing equipment.
  • Apply welding, plumbing, and hand tool skills (e.g., grinder, hand drill) to assist in equipment setup and maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively in English to follow instructions and coordinate with team members.
  • Work safely and efficiently in cold and wet environments while handling materials weighing 20–25 kg.
  • Adapt to shift work schedules, including weekends and overtime, to meet production demands.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
