The posting

The preschool administrator will assist the Principal in managing and administering staff and student matters:

Student Matters – Enquiries, Registration & Records Responsible for the Student Matters including:

•Enquiries & enrolment of students

•Students’ registration, school tours

•Maintenance of the School Management System

•Managing the enrichment classes (maintaining and updating records of students, enrichment classes and working with vendor)

•New Students’ Orientation

Operations & Procurement •Responsible for all vendors management

•Setup and update Calendar of Events, Enrichment Planner

•Communications via letters and school management system.

•Manage procurement process and monitor inventory stock:

-Uniforms, school bags and hats

-Readers

-Teaching materials and stationery

-School-based events

•Facilities Management

•IT Matters co-ordination

Finance-related Matters

Responsible for Finance-related Matters including:

•Bookkeeping & general ledger

•Fee billing, receivables, payables & procurement approval

•Banking and cash management

•Month-end close and schedules

•Statutory and compliance

•Audit

•Controls and administration

HR Administration

Responsible for HR Administration including:

•Hiring & Onboarding

•Probation, Confirmation & Resignation

•Leave, Claims, Payroll & Benefits Administration

•Staff Training Co-ordination

•HR System administration

•HR Compliance and reporting

Other Duties

•Other duties as assigned

1. Academic Qualifications - GCE O level, A level or Diploma or Cert in relevant adminstration studies.

2. Preferably have some relevant experience as an Administrator of a preschool or student care.
