The recruitment industry is undergoing a structural shift. First Capital Asia's The Principal Ventures Group is capitalising on this shift. We are identifying a select cohort of exceptional recruitment professionals in Hong Kong and Singapore to join us as Founding Partners. This is not an employment contract; it is a strategic co-ownership model designed to elevate top-tier consultants into independent business owners.

The Philosophy of the Natural Limit We engage with professionals who possess a minimum of ten years of verifiable billings. These individuals have mastered the fundamentals but recognize an invisible ceiling on their growth—a phenomenon we term the Natural Limit.

This limit is rarely a deficit of skill. It is typically the result of unexamined behavioural patterns. Through our proprietary Eternal Question framework, we systematically identify and resolve these constraints. We work closely with our partners to eliminate hesitation and insecurity, correct the compulsion to accommodate the wrong clients, transform superficial busyness into strategic productivity, and focus raw drive into commercial precision.

A Structured Path to Ownership Our partnership is built on shared risk and shared reward. Partners operate as co-founders of their respective business units. In return, you receive intensive mentorship to transition from a consultant to a principal mindset. We provide a clear, milestone-driven trajectory toward independent scalability, alongside the operational, compliance, and commercial infrastructure of an established institutional group.

Candidate Profile We require a minimum of ten years of recruitment experience in Hong Kong or Singapore, backed by a consistent billing record. Ideal candidates demonstrate a clear imperative to build and lead, coupled with the intellectual openness required to engage with our coaching methodology.
