about the role

  • Serve as the software architecture owner, guiding system design, technology selection, and engineering best practices across projects.
  • Lead hands-on software development for hardware-integrated systems, ensuring seamless performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams spanning electronic, mechanical, and systems disciplines.
  • Oversee end-to-end software lifecycle activities, from initial conceptual design through integration, verification, and deployment.
  • Act as the key technical point of contact for software architecture, engaging with stakeholders and design reviews.

skills and experience

  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 Years of proven background in system-level or hardware-oriented software engineering (C, C++, Python, Linux, or embedded environments).
  • Strong architectural capabilities and experience driving software design for complex engineered systems (defense, aerospace, or safety-critical domains preferred).
  • Solid background in hardware interfacing, system integration, and control software.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and take technical ownership of complex projects.
