  • Leading projects from concept through to completion, overseeing cost estimates, tender inputs, technical documentation, project schedules, resourcing, budgets and delivery targets.
  • Strengthening project management and professional capability across the team through coaching, development and succession planning, helping to build a ready and resilient resource pool.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, stakeholders and joint venture partners throughout the project lifecycle, using sound commercial judgement, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Reviewing, approving and signing project deliverables, ensuring technical quality, compliance and project governance requirements are met.
  • Providing hands-on leadership and support where projects require recovery, helping teams stabilise delivery, manage risks and restore confidence with clients and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing, and in some cases, leading major and complex multidisciplinary bids.
  • Motivating and working collaboratively with project teams to encourage innovative thinking, develop new ideas and approaches.
  • Identifying and implementing profit maximisation and cost management strategies.
  • Applying strong risk thinking, contract management and commercial discipline across projects, ensuring avoidable risks are identified, managed and escalated appropriately.
  • Understanding risk on all jobs through implementation of sound audit, business and financial management and understanding impact of work practices on the financial outcome of projects.
  • Understanding each client’s business, priorities and strategic issues to support successful outcomes, strengthen long-term relationships and maximise opportunities for repeat business.

Key Requirements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
