Job Objectives

  • Process Optimization and Change Management: The core of the role focuses on analyzing, documenting, and driving continuous improvement for Repair Operations and Administration. This involves establishing KPIs, leading Value Stream Analysis (VSA), problem-solving groups, and acting as an internal consultant to guide the Repair teams through operational changes and efficiency improvements.
  • System and Data Management: Responsible for key digital tools enhancement—specifically SAP, Freshdesk and Skywise dashboards. Responsibilities include managing IT change requests, and leveraging data insights to drive fact-based decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
  • Drive transformation: By leading work packages for Repair related projects

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage improvement projects in collaboration with Global Business Process Manager and local Process Specialist
  • Responsible for modelling, documenting, analysing processes and documentation in Symbio platform
  • Responsible for developing relevant process design, maintaining the current-state business process and develop targeted future-state business processes
  • Partner with the business to visualise impact and dependencies of financial and business performance, enabling best practice sharing and fact based decision making
  • Responsible for internal alignment with other functions (i.e. Logistics, Product Management, Repair Shop, Finance, Quality)
  • Establish and define data products and build
  • Accountable for challenging, analysing, improving and guiding relevant processes
  • Responsible for driving improvement actions, communicate on improvement plans and manage problem solving groups within the repair perimeter in the Satair business
  • Lead and facilitate VSA to increase transparency on the entire Satair repair process
  • Identify & incorporate requirements applicable to processes in scope and ensure compliance
  • Install dedicated Process-Review governance with the Process Specialist community.
  • Skywise-based Dashboards for Satair Repair functions.
  • Act as the Super User of the tool “Freshdesk”
  • Participate in feature requests and development
  • Support transformation projects
  • Assist in measuring and reporting on process/ticket performance
  • Work closely with Freshdesk Business Owner to identify, define, document, measure & improve processes
  • Support the implementation of improvement activities
  • Creation and follow up of IT change requests across various applications

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in supporting project leaders, line managers, and sponsors in successfully managing change. This support draws on expertise in a range of consulting tools and techniques, addressing both the “hard” and “soft” aspects of change.
  • Maintain KPIs (e.g. adherence, efficiency)- depending on the set up of each function
  • Support and analyse initiatives and opportunities by driving improvement measures and mitigation actions
  • Support in challenging, analysing, improving and guiding relevant processes representing worldwide repair supply chain activities
  • Support HO Repair, Lease & Exchange Order Management APAC with adhoc recurring issue analysis, applying data analysis or process check
  • Support HO Repair Operations APAC with improvement initiatives
  • Other duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Business Administration / Computer Science / Industrial Engineering or similar
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Repair Operations
  • Experience in SAP would be advantageous
  • Experience in Supply Chain / Repair Operations
  • Digital Experience (Digital Toolsets, IT)
  • Experience in Process Management would be preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbally
  • Experience in Aviation industry would be preferred but not mandatory
  • Team player in cross-functional environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and to operate in a conflict situation
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • Good analytical skills; ability to see the bigger picture
  • Ability to execute and drive change
  • Intercultural understanding
