12 Months Contract Position

Job Purpose

Support and execute the organisation's procurement activities, ensuring goods and services are sourced in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner. The role runs day-to-day sourcing and alignment to process and governance.

Key Responsibilities

1. RFI, RFQ, RFP and Contracting

  • Help coordinate and run RFI,RFQ, RFP processes
  • Work with internal users to document requirements.
  • Draft, administer, and track contracts, variations, and renewals.
  • Monitor supplier performance against SLAs/KPIs and flag issues.
  • Create Purchase Order in SAP
  • Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and use of procurement/ERP systems and tools.

2. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure procurement complies with company procurement policies and delegation-of-authority approval workflows.
  • Maintain proper audit trails and complete documentation for accountability.
  • Ensure fair, transparent treatment of suppliers.

3. Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant procurement or related experience.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle and common sourcing methods.
  • Basic knowledge of contract fundamentals and procurement compliance.
  • Negotiation skills is preferred
