Be the Bridge Between Suppliers and Procurement Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Supplier Management Executive to support supplier onboarding, supplier data maintenance, and user support activities within a digital procurement environment.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to procurement processes, supplier management, enterprise systems, and business operations while working closely with suppliers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Onboarding & Support

  • Support suppliers with registration, onboarding, and profile updates.
  • Guide suppliers through portal processes and address user enquiries.
  • Follow up on incomplete registrations and onboarding activities.
  • Assist with supplier account access and system-related support requests.

System Support & Issue Resolution

  • Investigate and resolve supplier portal issues.
  • Coordinate with technical support teams to track and resolve system-related matters.
  • Maintain issue logs and monitor resolution progress.
  • Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Supplier Data Management

  • Review supplier records for completeness and accuracy.
  • Support data cleansing and duplicate record verification activities.
  • Assist with supplier data reconciliation across business systems.
  • Perform basic reporting and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.

Operational Support

  • Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation.
  • Maintain user guides, FAQs, and support materials.
  • Support procurement reporting and administrative activities.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and user experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, customer service, operations support, data administration, or shared services is advantageous.
  • Experience with ERP or procurement systems is beneficial.
  • SAP Ariba exposure is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
