The posting
This is a contract role ending on 31 March 2027.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including planning, sourcing, evaluation and approval.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with Government procurement policies, regulations and guidelines, including IM8 and GeBIZ requirements.
- Prepare, review and maintain procurement documentation, including RFQs, Approval of Requirement (AOR) and evaluation reports.
- Track procurement progress and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and management.
- Work closely with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Support other procurement-related activities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience managing the full procurement lifecycle, from planning and sourcing through to evaluation and award.
- Preferably familiar with Government procurement policies, processes and guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good documentation and minute-taking abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to follow through on tasks to completion.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
