Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the developed solutions meet business objectives.
  • Analyze market and business needs to identify product opportunities.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Responsible for writing and maintaining product requirement documents, ensuring clarity, detail, and ease of understanding.
  • Develop product roadmaps, planning iterations and releases of new features.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and product requirement documents.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and quality completion of products.
  • Work with UX/UI designers to ensure product design meets user needs and business goals.
  • Partner with the technical team to ensure product design and implementation conform to technical specifications.
  • Manage product roadmaps, prioritizing feature development.
  • Monitor product development progress, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of requirements.
  • Participate in the creation of test plans, engage in product testing and validation to ensure product quality.
  • Utilize data analytics to optimize product performance and user satisfaction.
  • Gather user feedback for continuous product improvement.
  • Communicate with various departments within the company to ensure product goals align with corporate strategy.

Job Requirements: Business analysis experience, communication skills, analytical skills, industry knowledge.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in business analysis and product management.
  • In-depth understanding of the software development process.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts in writing and speech.
  • Deep understanding of user experience and design, with the ability to think from the user's perspective.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex business challenges.
  • Familiarity with best practices and tools in product management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Capable of developing product strategies and execution plans.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, driving projects forward.
