Role Overview

We are seeking a junior Product Manager to join our Singapore team, sitting at the intersection of HR technology and AI-driven product innovation. You will help shape tools that improve how organisations manage, engage, and develop their people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and prioritise product requirements from HR stakeholders, translating pain points into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with engineering and design teams to define, build, and ship features on schedule, managing trade-offs across scope and quality.
  • Analyse product usage data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform the roadmap.
  • Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping through launch, iteration, and post-release measurement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, and marketing to align product messaging and go-to-market plans.

Requirements

  • Approximately 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role, ideally within the HR or HR-tech domain.
  • Solid understanding of HR workflows and processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, or employee engagement.
  • Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to assess how AI features can solve real HR problems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in English is required, as the role involves daily collaboration with international clients and cross-border product teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, human resources, or a related field.
